The recorder is digital so it will work on a DSL-lined office or home without needing digital filters. I bought this product about 3 years ago and am just now getting around to review it. You can check your messages remotely also. Voice quality is excellent and recorder has ability to screen calls, tells you phone number when calls come in, or can even keep message silent as they are coming in. This recorder is fantastic. It has (3) mailboxes and is perfect for a small office or college dorm / apartment situation.
easy to set up even for an old guy like me. the 7 ring before answering delay is great, many features add flexibility.
JUNK. The recording is inaudible, and you cannot trepeat messages before they get erased. Do not waste your money on this product. I ahve had it only a few weeks and already it is broken.
The call announce allows us to screen calls without getting up. This little machine does a great job for very little cost. We have tried call notes and other machines but with the features it offers there is none better.
It was simple for him to figure out. I purchsed this item as a gift for my brother in law-he loves it.
